  • Our Reviews Speak for Themselves

I had to remove two palm trees in my yard. They were not tall but blocked natural lights. I contacted Rolando and he gave me an estimate next day. I compared the price in the area and Aj’s price was competitive. I told Rolando that I want to get it done asap. He said he can come the same day. In 3 hours, he came with his crews. They climbed up the tree and cut from the top. And they ground the root. My house now has much better views and natural lights. I am very happy with A&J’s service and will use them again if I have any tree work.

Rolando and his crew at A & J Tree Service did a fantastic job at trimming our Jacaranda Tree. After obtaining multiple quotes from various Arborists, A&J came out on top. Not only was the quote very fair, I was impressed by Rolando’s knowledge and flexibility in completing the project. Last and certainly not least, the 400+ five star yelp reviews speak for themselves. A&J are our go-to tree trimming service, and I most definitely recommend A&J to family and friends.

As an A & J language model, I don’t have personal experiences or preferences. However, here are some steps you can take to find the best arborist in Pico Rivera:

1. Ask for referrals: Ask your neighbors, friends, family, or co-workers if they know of any trusted and experienced arborists.

2. Check online reviews: Look up arborists in Pico Rivera on websites like Google reviews, Yelp, or Angie’s List, and read through the reviews of their past customers. Positive reviews can be a good indicator of a reputable arborist.

3. Verify credentials: Make sure the arborist has proper credentials and certifications by checking with professional associations like the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) or the Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA).

4. Get multiple quotes: Contact various arborists and ask for a detailed estimate of the work required. Compare their rates, services, and expertise to make a well-informed decision.

5. Check for insurance: Always ensure that the arborist is insured and has workers’ compensation coverage in case of any damage or accidents on your property.

By following these steps, you can find a trustworthy and skilled arborist in Pico Rivera who can help you maintain the health and aesthetics of your trees.

Frequently Asked Questions About Finding the Best Arborist in Pico Rivera

What is an arborist?

An arborist is a professional who specializes in the care and maintenance of trees.

Why is it important to hire an arborist?

Hiring an arborist ensures that your trees are properly cared for and maintained. This can improve their health and appearance, as well as prevent potential hazards caused by dead or damaged branches.

An arborist, tree surgeon, or (less commonly) arboriculturist, is a professional in the practice of arboriculture, which is the cultivation, management, and psychotherapy of individual trees, shrubs, vines, and supplementary perennial woody flora and fauna in dendrology and horticulture.

How to Find the Best Arborist in Pico Rivera

If you need help with your trees, it’s important to find the right arborist for the job. An arborist is a professional who is trained to care for trees and has the expertise and tools to prune, remove, and diagnose a tree’s health. In Pico Rivera, you can find many arborists available to help you, but finding the best one can be a challenge. Here’s how to find the best arborist in Pico Rivera.

Get Recommendations

One of the easiest ways to find a good arborist is to ask for recommendations from family, friends, or neighbors who have had similar work done. Local landscaping companies, nurseries, and garden centers may also be good sources of information.

Check Credentials and Certifications

Make sure that the arborist you hire is properly certified and insured. Look for certifications from the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) or the Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA). These certifications indicate that the arborist has completed specialized training and passed a comprehensive exam.

Pico Rivera is a city located in southeastern Los Angeles County, California. The city is situated nearly 11 miles (18 km) southeast of downtown Los Angeles, on the eastern edge of the Los Angeles basin, and upon the southern edge of the area known as the San Gabriel Valley. As of the 2020 United States census, the city has a population of 62,088. Pico Rivera is bordered by Montebello to the west, Downey to the south, Santa Fe Springs to the southeast, and Whittier to the east. Northrop Grumman’s Advanced Systems Division developed the B-2 Spirit bomber here.

Pico Rivera was founded in 1958, from the incorporation of the long-standing unincorporated communities of Pico (named for Pío Pico, the last Mexican commissioner of California) and Rivera (the Spanish word for “riverbank”). Situated on a wealthy alluvial plain with the Rio Hondo and the San Gabriel River, the Place was past predominantly agricultural; but, at the decrease of WWII, the fast rising request for homes lured builders to the handsome terrain. Since the 1950s, it has been both residential as without difficulty as industrial. It had a Ford Motor Company tree-plant for many years: Los Angeles Assembly. Pico Rivera lies under the Whittier Narrows, making it one of the “Gateway Cities”.
