  • Our Reviews Speak for Themselves

I had to remove two palm trees in my yard. They were not tall but blocked natural lights. I contacted Rolando and he gave me an estimate next day. I compared the price in the area and Aj’s price was competitive. I told Rolando that I want to get it done asap. He said he can come the same day. In 3 hours, he came with his crews. They climbed up the tree and cut from the top. And they ground the root. My house now has much better views and natural lights. I am very happy with A&J’s service and will use them again if I have any tree work.

Rolando and his crew at A & J Tree Service did a fantastic job at trimming our Jacaranda Tree. After obtaining multiple quotes from various Arborists, A&J came out on top. Not only was the quote very fair, I was impressed by Rolando’s knowledge and flexibility in completing the project. Last and certainly not least, the 400+ five star yelp reviews speak for themselves. A&J are our go-to tree trimming service, and I most definitely recommend A&J to family and friends.

Our Projects

Here are some steps to find the best arborist in Garden Grove:

1. Ask for recommendations from neighbors, friends, and family who have had tree work done in the past. Word-of-mouth referrals can often provide the most reliable information.

2. Check online reviews and ratings of local arborists. Sites like Yelp and Google can provide detailed reviews from previous customers.

3. Ask for credentials and certifications. A qualified arborist should have a degree in arboriculture, be certified by a professional organization such as the International Society of Arboriculture, and carry business liability insurance.

4. Get multiple quotes and compare them. Make sure you are comparing apples to apples when it comes to services and pricing. Don’t just go with the cheapest option; consider the quality of work, reputation, and professionalism of the arborist.

5. Ask for references and follow up with them. A good arborist should be happy to provide previous customers’ contact information for you to verify their work quality.

6. Consider their customer service and communication skills. A good arborist should be responsive to your questions, provide clear and detailed explanations about their services, and be easy to work with.

Frequently Asked Questions about Finding the Best Arborist in Garden Grove

What should I look for in an arborist?

When searching for an arborist, look for someone who is certified by the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA). They should also be licensed and insured, have experience in the field, and provide references from past customers.

How do I check an arborist’s certification?

You can check an arborist’s certification by contacting the ISA or by using their online directory. You can also ask the arborist to provide a copy of their certification.

Should I hire an arborist who is not certified?

It is not recommended to hire an arborist who is not certified. Certification ensures that the arborist has been trained in the best practices of the industry and is held to a high standard of ethics and professionalism.

What services should an arborist offer?

An arborist should offer a wide range of services, including tree pruning, removal, and planting, disease and pest management, and tree risk assessments. They may also offer consultation services for tree care and maintenance.

How much should I expect to pay for arborist services?

The cost of arborist services can vary depending on the type of service needed and the size and location of the tree. Generally, you can expect to pay between $200 and $500 for tree pruning and between $500 and $1,000 for tree removal. It is always recommended to get a quote from the arborist before agreeing to any services.

An arborist, tree surgeon, or (less commonly) arboriculturist, is a professional in the practice of arboriculture, which is the cultivation, management, and laboratory analysis of individual trees, shrubs, vines, and new perennial woody nature in dendrology and horticulture.

Finding the best Arborist in Garden Grove

If you own trees in Garden Grove, you know how important it is to take care of them properly. An Arborist is a professional who specializes in the cultivation and care of trees. Choosing the right Arborist for the job can be a daunting task, but it doesn’t have to be.

Research

The first step in finding the best Arborist in Garden Grove is to do your research. Start by looking online for Arborists in the area. Check out their websites, read their reviews, and gather as much information as possible. You could also check with your friends and neighbors, they may have used an Arborist before.

Qualifications

Once you have a list of potential Arborists, do some additional research to ensure they are qualified for the job. Look for certifications, years of experience, and education in the field. Ask them about their qualifications and what makes them stand out from the competition.

Insurance

It’s important to ensure the Arborist you choose is fully insured. Accidents can happen, so making sure they are covered will give you peace of mind. Ask to see their insurance certificate and verify that it is up-to-date.

Cost

While cost should not be the only factor in your decision, it’s important to consider. Get quotes from several Arborists to compare prices. However, be cautious of any quote that seems too good to be true.

Conclusion

Choosing the right Arborist in Garden Grove requires some research and due diligence. It’s important to find someone who is qualified, insured, and fits within your budget. By following these simple steps, you can be sure to find the best Arborist to take care of your trees.

Garden Grove is a city in northern Orange County, California, United States. The population was 171,949 at the 2020 census. State Route 22, also known as the Garden Grove Freeway, passes through the city in an east–west direction. The western portion of the city is known as West Garden Grove.

Garden Grove was founded by Alonzo Cook in 1874. A college district and Methodist church were organized that year. It remained a little rural crossroads and cultivation community until the coming on of the Pacific Electric Railroad in 1905. The rail link helped the town prosper bearing in mind the influx of tourists, visitors and eventually settlers, and it was noted for its crops of oranges, walnuts, chili peppers and future strawberries.
